The triple roller has good self balancing ability, which can prevent the tape from deviating. If the tape deviates after using a suspended roller, the material will be redistributed during operation, causing deformation of the roller group plane and asymmetric load on the side rollers.

The inclination angle of the reverse roller located on one side of the tape deviation is greater than that of the other side roller, which causes the middle roller to deflect and generate centering force. This centering force will generate a thrust opposite to the direction of deviation on the tape, ensuring that the tape conveyor can always operate normally under various conditions such as feeding errors, temperature, wind direction changes, etc. due to the characteristic of the tape correction suspension groove roller.
