The drive roller is the main component of the transmission power. Due to different carrying capacity, the drive roller can be divided into three types: light, medium and heavy. The same diameter roller has many different shaft diameters and center spans. The surface treatment of the drive roller can be smooth iron treatment, herringbone or diamond rubber insulation layer material treatment. Smooth iron rollers are used in places with low power, narrow bandwidth and dry environment. Herringbone rubber insulation layer material has a large friction coefficient, good anti-skid and drainage capabilities, but has its own direction. Diamond rubber insulation layer material is used for double-lane running conveyors. Vulcanized rubber insulation layer material rollers are mostly used in very important applications. The bearing seat of the roller is lubricated by an oil cup type lubricant.
