Herringbone groove rubber surface conveyor drive roller

There are three design standards for commonly used conveyor rollers in China:

1. TDY75 conveyor standard;

2. DTⅡ type drive roller redirection roller design standard;

3. DTⅡ (A) type drive roller redirection roller design standard.

Description:

1. The roller is a steel plate welded structure, divided into two types: smooth surface and rubber surface. The rubber surface is divided into cast rubber and rubber coated.

2. Rollers with a diameter D of more than 1000 mm only have rubber surface rollers.

3. Allowable torque:

For smooth surface, u = 0.2; a = 180 o

For rubber surface, u = 0.4; a = 180 o are considered.
